DOUBLE BILLING!!!

I have never used TRAVELSTART before and this might be the last time!

On 10 March 2013 I booked a ticket for my mother-in-law using the online TRAVELSTART website. Later the day, I received e-mail from TRAVELSTART that my credit card could not be authenticated and that I had to make full payment using EFT. I immediately made EFT payment on the next business day (11 March 2013).

On 12 March 2013, I received an e-mail from TRAVELSTART that a "refund" of R663 was made into my credit card!!! This is really upsetting! An e-mail stated the card could not be authenticated, I made FULL PAYMENT using EFT and now received this e-mail mentioning refunds.

I contacted the online chat center and later received an e-mail to apologize for the "confusion".

When I checked my credit card statement today (14 March 2013), I guess all can imagine what I saw! I was charged by BOTH the airline for the ticket to the tune of R6352 and R663 for TRAVELSTART commission. IS THIS A CASE OF, I ASK??? An e-mail from TRAVELSTART clearly stated they could not authenticate credit card payment for the transaction and that EFT payment had to be made.

When will I receive my R6352 back from TRAVELSTART???
