I have a flight from Lanseria to Durban tonight and I cannot do an on-line check in because we are travelling with an infant. The problem I have is that my wife and I booked the tickets separately and we run the risk of not sitting together as we have 2 separate booking codes. I have 1 child and 1 infant and it can be quite hectic for one parent to cope with both on a flight. I called the call centre and they provided me with the reason for me not being able to check in on-line, which I understand (IE oxygen masks). They said that there is nothing they can do. I need to pitch up at the airport early they will see what they can do. Why cant kulula's website be updated to accommodate this. I am sure you get plenty of parents flying with infants. This shouldn't be too difficult as the extra oxygen masks are normally located on the left hand side of the aircraft.
