Online check in not possible with infant

Kulula doesn't allow online checkin if you are travelling with an infant. While I understand the certain seats are unsuitable for people travelling with infants, I assumed that a person at the call centre would be able to book us in knowing all the limitations. This was not possible. I told the call centre that I wanted to ensure that my wife and child would be seated next to me, as travelling with an infant is a two person job. She could not guarantee that this would happen, and advised that I get to check in early, or ask the person next to my wife to move. In an industry where priority is to be given to the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women, and parents travelling with children, kulula's policy of not allowing online checkin for parents with infants makes life harder than necessary. Mango and SAA do not have this issue. Thanks for making an already stressful experience more stressful, kulula. Wish I hadn't chosen to fly with you.
