I bought 150 points from Fun-seekers International in 2009 and i was paying instalments and decided to settle by paying a settlement amount of almost R7000 this with the intention of cancelling the contract. After paying the settlement, i called their finance department to enquire about my options regarding the cancellation and i was told i can not cancel the only way out is to let another person take over the package or to sell the points to another person, i must just continue with paying the monthly levies. i have never used the points and i want out but it seems this is a life contract. is there no way out.
