I am absolutely livid. I paid a deposit for a weekend away over the easter period, a month ago. I heard absolutely nothing from them and then on Friday I was called by Andrea who works for [URL Removed] to tell me that Jenni at Manzini Lodge made a double booking with us and other clients and she now wants to cancel my booking. She up to now has not contacted me herself and explained herself and still has not paid back my deposit. If 100 clients pay for accommodation and they are only informed a month later that sorry there has been a double booking made, think of all the interest they receive on other people's money. i am totally disgusted in their service and would never recommend them to anybody ever again!!!
