Refund for a booking

On the 19th July 2013 i made a booking via RoomsforAfrica for Mukwa Farm. I paid a deposit of R1100. On the 14th November i sent through an email to [Email Removed] asking them to cancel the booking and i informed them that i do understand that there is a certain percentage that they will take when i am cancelling the booking. I did not get a response and on the 18th November i made a follow up and Ettienne Venter, Mukwa Farm Manager 0792523866, responded asking for my banking details so that she can deposit the refund. On the 22nd and 25th November i made another follow up and once again on the 10th December i made another follow and the 12th December 2013. On the 12th December Ettienne responded that she has given all the details to head office they are busy with the refund.
Am not sure anymore if they are going to refund me or not because it was been more than a month I have cancelled my booking. It shouldn't take this long to refund a cancelled booking.
