Good day, I would like to report Kirimo Lodge in Pretoria at Kameeldrift. I have booked accommodation 'cause we were invited to a wedding at Bosboma on the 30 Nov., we are not staying in Pretoria we booked accommodation to sleep over. The person I communicated with was Pieter Strijdom. The booking was made the 26 Oct. 2013 and the deposit was also EFT at 26 Oct. 2013 at 16h11.Tuesday the 29th Oct. 2013, I emailed Pieter to confirm the booking and deposit received and he confirmed he did received the payment for deposit. on the 31st Oct. 2013 in the evening we received the news that the Wedding for the 30 Nov. 2013 that was booked at Bosboma venue was cancelled. I emailed Pieter Strijdom immediately, it was 21h10 on the 31st Oct. 2013, to cancel the booking which was made on the 26 Oct. 2013 for the accommodation for 30th Nov. 2013.on the 1st Nov. 2013 at 8h56 Pieter emailed me and informed me that he would only be able to refund me if he received a booking for the 30th Nov. 2013.NO where on his website there's a %COST ON CANCELLATION.Pieter emailed me on the 18 Nov. 13h48 he's waiting for conformation but the room would be booked and my deposit will refunded, NO deposit was refunded.
