Refund takes 6-8 weeks!!

I made a booking from Cape Town - (Booking Ref 3H7FCR) to New York, JFK. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my booking. I phoned the Comair call centre on
011 921 0490 to cancel the booking. First I was advised that my ticket was non refundable but I told the lady to check my e-ticket as it clearly states that a cancellation fee is applicable on cancellation!

Now I am being told that i have to wait 6-8 weeks for the refund to be processed!! That just doesn't make sense that a refund can take so long to get processed.

It feels like this is a kind of stalling tactic to avoid customers cancelling a flight booking. You got my money, just give me my refund!!
