Last night my wife booked an airline ticket online with FLYSAA for July E Ticket 0832119060361 .She made a typing error with her name typing Osthuizen in stead of Oosthuizen. I phoned the booking office a few minutes ago and was that I had to cancel the original ticket at a cost of R 285 then make a new booking after I have to wait for a refund. I find it hard to believe that this is the process. No wonder this airline is not competitive.
