I made a booking for 3 till 5 jan14, for a holiday in the south coast. Due for unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to go on holiday, however I did pay for the booking in full. I received a response regarding the quotation on 12th dec, and did a payment on 13th. I sent a message to south coast getaways to cancel my booking today, 15th dec. I was advised that I cannot cancel or else I will loose my monies, so I needed to provide new dates. I requested a refund as I am not able to provide dates at the moment, Realising that I will loose my monies, I then contacted them to keep my booking. And I will find someone else to take the holiday. Natasha then responded to say the booking has been taken. So I requested that since they have the unit taken already, she should then refund me. Since then Natasha doesn't take my calls
