Booked and paid for a shuttle from Windhoek airport to the city for 25Jan. The payment was happily taken, and my booking was secured and confirmed. After waiting for 30 minutes at the airport, I call Town Hoppers - they'd booked the wrong day (and yes, I checked my emails - they had it wrong)! They can send someone, but I'll have to wait. Considering how long I'd waited, I wasn't going to wait even longer (I was going to a wedding!). I said that I want a refund, was told that I will have to speak to the owner, not available on a Saturday. Anyway, being an hour late to Windhoek caused massive havoc in the rest of the day.
27 Jan, I call and ask to speak to owner - who's not in and they don't know when he will be in. No, can't take a message and call me back, because they don't dial SA numbers. So I email, explaining story and demanding a refund. No reply, and no refund to date.
