Secret Costs and Incorrect Billing

On Friday the 14th of June 2013 I called into the Europcar call centre to book a car for that afternoon at Eros Airport Windhoek at 1400. Everything was confirmed telephinically with the call centre agent. He told me that it would cost around R900 including R200 a day of petrol. Upon my arrival at Eros, the Europcar people were not to be seen and I had to call the emergency number so that they could come drop off a car for me. This meant that I spent an hour at the airport and missed a meeting that I was supposed to be at. The guy at the airport told me that I had a liability of around R18000 which I accepted. The next day Europcar Windhoek tried to block R18000 off my account telling me that they had to hold this. I didn't have this amount on my card so they blocked R2000 since my cost would be less then R1000. A few days later my account got deducted with R1131 and this amount included petrol. So instead of taking the cost of my rental and giving me back the rest of my R2000 another deduction got made. I have still not received my R2000 since the R1130 was deducted as well. I did not use R200 of petrol as I was in Windhoek all weekend!!! I have a pic of my KMs.
