My vanity case with toiletries did not get checked in from Cape Town Airport on Sunday. I flew from CT to JHB to Windhoek. When I got to JHB my vanity case was missing, CT only booked in one piece of lugguage by mistake. I now had to travel to Windhoek for one week with no vanity case... No make-up, no toiletries and I could not have my prescripted medicine for a week. I was suppose to go for a week for work. I had to buy all new things in Windhoek and pay high bank charges, but did not manage to get my medicine. I got sick, and other effects of not taking my medicine as well.

I send an email on Tuesday with no reply to mango. I called then about 7 times today with no help, the one person just transfers me to the other person, and once the phone died on me.

Mango airlines has caused me great inconvenience to say the least!! And I had to undergo extra costs because of their mistake! And now the company is ignoring me. Bad bad service from them!!!
