My receptionist booked return flights 21-24 June. Due to a system error the wrong departure date was booked. When I arrived at the airport in time for my flight, I became aware of wrong date. I queried my return flight and was told it was cancelled. I was devastated. I had no call from [URL Removed] to confirm the return flight was forfeited. I don't understand a need to cancel my return. I demand a refund. Also when I was Jhb tried booking on-line for a return to Durban, my account was debited twice and no confirmation, I called, the Call Centre was closed, and I called the airline they could not assist. I had to call back on Wednesday morning only to pay an additional R400 as they flight was not confirmed. I still haven't received my refund yet for the double debit. You are quick to take my money, but take so long to refund me. I would never recommend this Airline to anyone. Highly disgusted at the way [URL Removed] takes people`s money. It's a shame. And you call yourself a reputable company.
