My sister was travelling from JHB to Umtata on the 16th Jan 2014. She was using Intercape, I took her to park station. The bus was supposed to leave at 17h30, but it actually left round 17H45 or so. I am jst writing this to commend the staff at Intercape for their good service. A guy came out round 17h15 or so and apologised for the fact that, the bus was running late. I was truly pleasantly suprised, it is not everyday you get that kind of a service. I have used some bus companies for a while now, and some you would wait for hours without a word. Big up Intercape, pity you are a non responding company.
