The day before the strike I had 7 rides left on my tag. Right after the bus strike I was told I could claim my 7 tags by speaking to Mr. Mokwena and Micheal which I've done on several occations. My husbad first spoke to the ticket office and they said that only the driver can help me by taking my bus tag and giving it to the office for the refund and the same driver should give me my tag back. I asked the Driver yesterday to assist me by taking my tag to give it to Micheal to do the refund but he refused to take it and said to me that I need to give it to the ticket office and they will help me. We have already talked to the ticket office and they could not help me at first, now it seems that the company does not want to give me the 7 rides I 've paid for now they giving me the run around. This is totally unacceptable and I feel my human rights are being violated and no one cares. This must be addressed as we pay for the service and we are entitled to complain if the services is not provided as per what was said.
