Mr Thukwayo handled a query I had about a bus ticket, my son was nearly denied entry in a bus because he had a Go card which last for a term and was fading because I kept it in a plastic pouch. Thinking that this will keep if safe only to find out that it was actually keeping it moist and making it fade. He asked an inspector to meet me and check if the ticket was valid and what was the issue, the inspector told me that it was valid the only problem was with the pouch i kept it in. I asked the inspector to explain this to the driver, he spoke to the driver about the condition of my son's ticket. The matter was resolved.
