2 cars were stopped just after passing a robot mine included, the other vehicle was let to drive off without a ticket for apparently the exact reason I was stopped, allegetly passing a red robot, I was asked by a officer tshivhambeso for my driver 's licence, which I gave. She begun writing a ticket I asked what it was for, if I commited the same offence as de other vehicle why wasn't they given the same ticket, the other officer khumalo told me its due to the fact that the driver said he was in pain. I refused the ticket as I know for a fact I didn't pass a red robot. The female officer then told me she won't give me back my licence as I refuse the ticket.as I had gone out of the car, she grabbed my arm, pulled me towards their duty car and said " I will arrest you". She then let me go, I returned to my car, I asked them if I should leave continue driving without a licence, she said yes, which I did. How should should I then get my driver'slicence back, is what happened permitted by law as the procedure taken by officers in a case of a dispute. Help needed
