Mango advertised that their sale starts at 09:00 on 4 June 2013. I started calling from 09:00 non-stop and made about 300 calls. The line was either continuously busy, or when i got through, it was cut off. I even tried their head office about 5 to 6 times... i waited for a while, and when i was 3 in the queue, i was disconnected.
This was extremely disgusting, frustrating, time consuming and a waste of my money on the calls.
How is this going to be rectified???
