My wife and I visited the slow lounge twice in December at off peak times, this was also confirmed be the ladies at the slow lounge entrance. In January I was charged R1000 for these visits so I contacted the call centre. I was told that I did not meet the requirements as I did make the required swipes in the previous month. I currently use my credit card for all my purchases, I then told her that I was not made aware of these changes as I did not receive any email to this effect. I asked to speak to supervisor as I was getting nowhere with this consultant, the supervisor, Riaan or Riaad was actually worse than the consultant. He said that an email with these changes was sent to me and will get back to me, that was 3 weeks ago. Please do not be fooled when thinking about changing banks for all these rewards as I did. I am trying to move all my accounts to another bank. Fnb is quite useless and will never get back to you.
