Appalling Service - Negligence/Incompetence

My wife and I had a return flight booked from London to Cape Town (September 2012) and emailed Zileen a month or so beforehand to change the date of our return flights.

I received an initial quote for the changes for the one ticket that was completely ridiculous R10.5k and she said that she would come back once she has found out why the pricing was so high.

Zileen never came back to us. We emailed multiple times and called the office and chatted to Zileen plus another consultant who said they were top of the matter and that we would get dates/prices shortly. Again, no response from anyone. No responses to emails or calls - no word whatsoever.

In the end, we had to go ahead and book a whole new ticket to CT as we weren't getting any feedback or responses from Zileen. We never heard from anyone for the rest of the year. When I arrived in Dec, I called the office and spoke to Johanli (Manager).

Johanli gave me her word that she would work with SAA to sort it out. It's been 12 days since I last heard from her, I have emailed twice in this time but no reply.

I am appalled by this service and unsure how a company can operate in this manner.
