I am a voyager member for many years and the last time I logged in is also many years ago. Since then my contact details changed and I forgot my pin.
To update my contact details to be able to reset my pin and be able to log in again is only possible 7 to 14 days AFTER they receive my email with ID etc.
In LESS time they need to update my details men have went to the moon and back!
