Would you like to know where Granny was born too?

OMW!! What a mission. For years I have been receiving my share payouts via cheque. Now it's all changed because of all of this etc, THAT I do understand. But what has got my blood boiling is the fact that in the latest letter we are asked to please provide our bank details so that EFT's can be made. SO, Okay I contact them via email, saying I would like to update my banking details, and also my surname. I got married in October 2012, it took Home Affairs over 6 months to update my status. My first response was that I need to give, i) Copy of ID, ii) Copy of bank Statements with new details, iii) Copy marriage certificate. Amongst a few items, ALL to be certified. If H/A took 6 months to update my details. Just how long to do think the banks will take?
SO I replied saying, OK forget it then, please update my bank details. Still a BIG NO-GO. Must have copy of divorce decree etc etc AGAIN, bear in mind I divorced my ex more than 10 years ago so that is seen as ARCHIVED.
You know what guys, I can't be bothered with this, I tried calling, but your phones are busier than a brothel's front door. If this is what it takes to convince you that I am who I say I am, then keep them
