I have been a voyager member for the past 11 years. My account was dormant for the past 2 years and I have misplaced my login details. I commute weekly to Jhb and do about 12 flights per month on SAA. I have sent SAA a request to re-activate my account and fwd the login details to me. They requested proof of my ID etc, which I sent the following day. It has been now 4 weeks and 10 e-mails later and I am STILL waiting for my details to login!
