I have reset my logging details online and the system did not even ask for my OTP. It did send it to me. Here is the link i went to from your home page:
Reset Access Credentials
reset user ID and password, i then followed the screens and entered my card number, pin number and my new log on details and new password, then no OTP and they system changed my details.

This is a security risk for the bank, Please will you follow up this as soon as possible before some hackers find this loop hole.
