Over the past 10 days I have been trying to reset my password/pin for the Voyager website. The online process fails so I called the Call Centre where the IVR tells you to email a letter and a copy of your id to their email address.
Well I have done this more than 20 times now over the past ten days. Do you think I can get a response? I got one, asking for my details which were in the email. I responded with the details again... still no response or resolution. This is the most disgusting service I have every experienced. Time to switch to BA...
