I am utterly disgusted at the service receivd from Flexi Club. it has taken me numerous emails and phone calls for my accommodation to be booked- which still hasnt been done! it seems they want to pass the buck when its their turn to supply a service. My fiance and I sat through the 90min presentation and was presented with the two accommodation vouchers -which we were very excited about as this could be used for our honeymoon. Yet Flexiclub refuses to respond to calls or emails when it comes to bookings.
Poor poor service!
