Lost contract document - transaction to buy points

I am a pensioner and own some holiday points with Flexi Club. In February 2013, a certain Van Zyl Meiring (0825661417) from Market Force approached us and enquired whether we were satisfied with Flexi Club's service. We complained that we can almost never get accommodation when and where we want it, and he informed us that if we buy more points, we would move to a higher category and would then receive priority treatment. We paid him R15 000 and signed some documents. Up to this day we have not receive any correspondence, share certificate or communication from Meiring, Market Force or Flexi Club. Numerous telephone calls to Flexi Club (spoke to Brigitte and Reshma) and Market Force (spoke to Linell van Wyk) so far were in vain. Meiring does not answer any calls, nor does he respond to email. It is impossible to locate his home address. The sad thing is that we are locked into ownership with Flexi Club and cannot get rid of this absolute useless holiday scheme that has already cost us a fortune.
