This is an long time problem, which Flexi Club just do not seem to want to address honestly and do the correct thing! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY - YOU HAVE COMMITTED .

I paid them R7800.00 nine months ago to do a conversion. They have not done so. It has cost me a lot of money in phone calls (NEVER RETURNED) copies of contracts and faxes, emails etc.all to no avail.

On 22 April 2013 after gaining legal advice I told Margaret Frances that I was no longer interested in dealing with this problem and that Flexi Club should refund my money. She confirmed that this would be done. On the same day I received no less than 3 phone calls from Flexi Club including calls from Arne confirming my banking details and I was ASSURED that I would be refunded immediately, but no later than Tuesday 23 April.

Well, it doesn't surprise me that this promise was not kept to date. I have over the past 9 months been to and deceived by Flexi Club and their employees consistently. They pass the buck, they do not return your calls and make the most pathetic excuses for their lack of service.

I am appalled by their work ethic and total disregard for members who are the means for their existence.
