Thank you Flexi Club for responding positively to our request to cancel our membership due to our recently becoming pensioners and not being able to continue our membership.
My wife (mbehenna) received a very positive response from Anry (spelling not sure) who helped enormously..thank you.
We have enjoyed FlexiClub and we successfully used points for accommodation on an overseas trip to the UK which was a big bonus for us.
