Cancellation of contract

For the last month I tried to cancel my contract with Flexi Club. I sent them 4 emails where I requested that my contract should be terminated. On my first email (21 March), they responded that I have to wait until Apr 2013 to be paid up. I did, and since then I sent them 3 emails where I requested cancellation of my contract. However I don't get any response from Flexi Club. I am a fully paid up member and I have been a member for the last 9 years. I stated to Flexi Club my reasons for cancellation. I know that all application should be in before the Board of Trustees has there sitting in May. It appears to me if they take their time you will missed the cut of time and therefore have to wait another year. I is amazing how quick Flexi Club can respond with attorney threats if you don't want to pay and that their marketing with emails work fantastic but when you need response from them they just ignore you. Can anybody please advise me what to do or who to contact.
