Have used the bus service a few times. Mostly great experience. Some staff seriously undertrained. But this evening arrived at civic centre and was looking to find out last bus to Table View. The staff had not been told yet. Megan ran around trying to find out, made calls from her cellphone and even took our numbers offering to let us know. This while her other staff sat chatting and not being very helpful. I hope this feedback gets back to her :-)
