Kiosk times not followed by staff members

On the 29th of march 2013 i went to section bus station to travel by bus from section to table view, as i got there at 13h10 the cashier came out from the kiosk locking up and ready to go, i ask her if i can load money on my card to travel when she told me the kiosk closing 13h00 and i must speak to the marshall, the marshall came up to me and say sorry you can`t abboard the bus with out paying and you must go find a place where you can load money, i then ask her where does it says the kiosk is only open till 13h00, she then tells go look on the kiosk window, i went back to the kiosk and to my suprise it says kiosk times on public holidays is till 14h00, when i approach them and show them the times they got arrogant with me and just plainly ignore me and the security ask them if he can then reither escort me to the next station so that i can load money on my card to travel but they simply refused that, no customer skills or services from those staff and yet we as public pay there salaries with our travel money .i took a photo of the kiosk noticed board time table as proof and there are cameras in place as well, i got very bad treated .even the security guy said they were wrong.
