We booked a seat to Caledon to leave PE at 20h30 on 30 Jan 2013. The bus arrived 3 hours late, we then found that the bus were overbooked by 20 people. FURTHERMORE PEOPLE WERE STANDING FROM KING WILLIAMSTOWN TO PE AS THE BUS WERE OVERLOADED. We contacted the police and after 7 people disembarked a further 5 had to be removed to bring the bus to capicity. 15 people were stranded having RESERVED seats and at this time the owner of SA roadlink's reply was. The can come back tommorrow morning for a refund. That is service for you, sleep on the pavement and collect your refund tommorrow. After two hours of negotiation a alternative for the 15 stranded passengers were orginised which left PE over 7 hours later. We went home and confirmed that we will collect the refund on the 31st. Guess what we have been waiting 3 hours for a manager to come back from shopping to authorise the refund. IN MY OPINION THIS CARIER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRANPORT PEOPLE, OVERLOADING IS NO PROBLEM, SERVICE IS NON EXISTEND AND EMPLOYEES ARE BEING PAID TO DO SHOPING. SA ROADLINK IS THE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER.
