Was at Spur Randpark Ridge on Friday evening and first thing we noticed was that the staff were all congregating at the front door chatting to each other. Only one person acknowledged us after I stared at her. Whilst being shown to a table, there were waitresses sitting at a table... relaxing. Nice. Can they order a few beers! This is not the first time I have complained about staff at this Spur and their very relaxed service ethic. Where are the management?? We had a very mediocre meal - no longer cheap I might add - with the Monkey Gland sauce being awful. Rump was not what we are used to. On the way out, two staff, including a female manager in a blue shirt, were playing with her hair, a wig!! What's going on? This isn't the Spur we are used to particularly the service. All through the meal, staff were standing around chatting in groups. The kitchen was also very noisy. Please address this particular Spur. There are other restaurants out there serving better food and vastly better service.
