On 31 Dec 2012, I lost my top of the range Smartphone on an Intercape Bus.
I really had no hope of ever seeing it again, but took a wild chance and called InterCape's Call centre.
To my utter amazement Kaylee Johnson managed to located my phone on a moving bus, arrange for it to be kept secure, and organized for it to be sent to my closest InterCape branch.
