Was booked on a traslux bus to PE.
Bus left 5 hours late, counter staff said systems were down and could not give feedback to passengers'.
While boarding they called out numbers for buses which did not make any sense.
Completely disorganised and chaotic.
Disgusting to see elderly, people with kids' and woman treated like this.
I cancelled the return, when I went for a refund (at Pep stores, where I purchased the tickets'), I was told they don't do refunds', I have to go the central Johannesburg or Pretoria, translux staff member put the phone down in my ear while still talking.
I will never use them or pep again.
