Hi,
please find below the email that was sent to the manager of Greyhound. Since Friday the 13th of Dec, I have on received any feedback nor the acknowledgement from the company.

To the Manager
Time 11:39
I was suppose to get a bus today at 16:30from Ermelo to Jhb and arrival time was suppose to be at 19:30. Due to your 3hr inconvenience, where am I suppose to get the transport at 22:30. When calling your call center Sandra told me "sorry mum, there's nothing we can do" is that customer service. Choosing your company I thought it was the best option but due to this experience, If I had to rate you: I would give you a nought. It is clear that you don't care about the safety of your commuters.
As I have cancelled my ticket, I want my full refund paid into my account, please ensure that you do not debit any percentage penalty from the ticket amount as this was caused by your company. I'm highly disappointed with your company and always remember word of mouth is powerful!
My expectation will be a speedy process and feedback for the manager before escalating any further.
