My kids are stuck in the Translux bus from Idutywa Eastern Cape since 5:20am, when I called them, they told me that they have been advised that the next bus will arrive in the next 20 minutes to fetch them, which I assumed would be 5:40 or rather @ least 6am, now it is 7:00 and they are not getting any updates on what's going on, instead some people that are going further than Johannesburg are getting lifts from other buses, not only this is incomviniencing me because I have to go to work, it's also inconviniencing my kids because they are tired, restless and now hungry. I thought I made a better choice by changing buses because of a bad service that I got from other buses but clearly all buses are the same. What would have worked better for me in this situation is clear and honest communication to the passengers and not just keep quiet.
