Booked a bus to EC @Pta station. Was suppose to leave @5:30 pm am only leaving now @10:00pm. The staff is rude and unprofessional and impatient. They did give proper updated on the delay of buses. Passengers have kids, since they arrived at 4pm. Our laggage is being because its late, they don't even want to refund us our money. Now they bringing buses without enough space for our bags, bags are packed in the passage where we suppose to walk. I feel so unsafe right now. Disappointed and Dissatisfied customer. I am NEVER using this couch. Tuli
