I booked and paid for tickets on the translux website on the 15th of May 2013. Up until today i have not received my tickets as i kept being told that they haven't received my payment. I have emailed the proof on the 24th of May and still they cant pick up my payment. I have lost count of the amount of times i have called the customer care and when i ask for the details of the finance department i am told they don't work that way In other words i am not allowed to speak to somebody in their finance department. My bank has confirmed that the payment was done on the 14th of May and that Translux banked it on the 15th of May 2013. I stood for almost an hour at the Cape Town ticket office trying to resolve this problem but not even they were able to assist, The tickets are booked for the 22nd of June and i have now lost it totally with Translux who keeps on telling me they don't have my payment. So where did my money go to!!!
