My wife and I traveled to Plett this week for work on Translux.
On Friday 19 April, they didn't pitch up for our return trip. All Translux buses were cancelled.
There were no phone calls to warn us. They will not answer their phones when we try call. They left us stranded.
We had other work commitments to get back to in Cape Town, and Translux are directly responsible for a ton of stress, and a lot of money lost and wasted. And so far they won't even refund us the bus tickets they cancelled on.
Absolutely disgusted with their service.
