Translux has suspended their bus service due to a nationwide strike. They did not warn passengers purchasing tickets of the imminent strike and now are unreachable by telephone or email. Their answering service supplies various telephone numbers to phone for refund queries but these numbers just ring, there is no answer on any of their phones. This leaves their passengers with no recourse and no refund in order to make other arrangements. This means that people depending on that refund are now stranded. This is a totally unecceptable situation.
