About My Booking

I have been a client for a couple of years and always had disappolntments when booking. This time my portfolio was being changed and the agent in Capetown got my story as he was transferring my portfolio. He went on line and found several openings for holidays and I advised him to book me in Botswana. He asked me to fill an authorisation form which I did immediately. He phoned to say all is done I am booked for 5days and should read the email detailing my booking. After a week without receiving the email I called him and he started saying he will call back. I have received the same reponse even from other people in the same office until the date ofour booking expired. I asked for their managers numbers and was not given. I sent my querry to a customer centre email and was just told I am not booked Iin. I phoned the callcentre and those who received my call are yet to respond. I am stuck I donot know what to do. When I tried to quit they told me my name will be handed to the credit bureau.
