Pathetic and terrible service

Cape Town (16th of December)
All three (Cpt to JHB, JHB to Mumbai, Mumbai to Pune) boarding pass was issued during check in at Cape town Airport and the agent who assisted told me that luggage will be arrived at final destination which is Pune.
Joburg (16th of December)
When I landed in JHB I ask one of the SA airline agent regarding picking up luggage she also confirmed that luggage will be arrived in final destination which in Pune.
Gate is A14 on JHB to Mumbai Boarding pass so I went to Gate A14 30 min prior to boarding gates open surprisingly I didn't see anybody and I didn't hear any announcement about boarding gate change. I had to find help desk to find out about gate change to A03 from A14.
I went to stand in line at A03 gate flight supposed to fly at 11:30 but it started around 12:30, again not intimation about delay.
