I booked a Hotel called Rose Rayhaan on the website, once I done the payments the Itenary came back stating I booking ramada al basara hotel. I have screenshots which I kept, the call centre now says they only deal with flights and I should call tourico holidays, when I call tourico holidays they state its emirates fault and all they can do is cancel the booking. Why should I have to cancel and wait for my money, Emirates should honour the online quote and give me the hotel I have booked. I mailed the screenshots to [Email Removed], on Friday the agent said he mailed the online department which should assist. I have no joy with the call centre agents. How can I book for the hotel I want but get placed in an alternate hotel.
I would appreciate the company to fix my hotel booking as what I have chosen
