I was invited by flexi club to join them. the introduction was all moon shine and roses. i signed a year contract R 5500 was deducted monthly from my bank account and it was equaled to 5 500 points. Every time when i call Flexi club to make a booking to go on holiday they told me that the resorts is fully booked. the one time when i complained they told me i must book off season. i work at a school and can only get off during school holidays so that's the reason why i joined. i tried so many times to make a booking and now my contract expired in September but they got their R 5 500 out. To top it all off... if you do get a booking (which never happened) you sometimes have to pay up to R 4000 for accommodation fee, that is besides the R 5 500 you pay when you join. So why are must you pay double. a normal holiday don't even cost that much! When i asked the consultant whats gonna happen to the money i paid, he just told me sorry its lost. I tried how many times to make a booking and every time they just fully booked. Is there is something i can do to stop these people from ripping off more people. who can i call to help me get my money back or my well deserved holiday!
