I've booked a round of golf for 31/12/2013 at Sandy Lane Golf Course 08h10 slot. Normally I get an email confirming my booking. I went onto online booking to see that the time of booking is closed and do not see my name there. I phoned playmoregolf they told me to call call centre I left a message and is waiting for their call.
I wonder if I'm going to loose the free round like other people. Now I have lost my free round also. I phoned the Sandy Lane Golf Club they said they never received any booking from playmoregolf. This is unaccepted.
