I booked flights on [URL Removed] and something went wrong during the booking, leaving me with a flight on the wrong date (a date I never even looked at). Somewhere during the five or six screens I went through during the booking, the date was changed by the site. When I got the confirmation email with the wrong date I immediately called Kulula, to be told that I have to pay a R347 fee to "change" my booking, and I'm not allowed to cancel it either. I asked to speak to a supervisor and explained that this wasn't my fault, something went wrong on the website, and she asked me if I had taken a screenshot during my booking to prove this, which of course I hadn't. I urge everyone to be very careful when booking with Kulula, and in fact rather to avoid them if you can. Their website is buggy and their customer service is non-existent.
