Luggage lost in DECEMBER 2012 - now March 2013

I traveled with them from Umthatha to Cape Town in December 2012. When we arrived in Cape Town my bag was missing. I filled out a form, was told I would get a phone call. I received nothing all of December. I called in January no help was given eventually in February I was advised to go to depot. I went to the depot. My bag was not there. I have asked what to do moving forward. They asked me to fax copy of my ticket and luggage number. I have both faxed and emailed it. The customer service number they have, never gets picked up. I am always told someone will call me. They never call. It is now MARCH 2013 I lost my stuff in DECEMBER 2012. I still have no feedback. My stuff is still missing. If you are reading this and have some idea on how I can hold them accountable I would appreciate your help. Thank You.
